26VESETAS is a living space that fits into the city, with like-minded neighbours, comfortable surroundings and friendly vicinity. Located at 26 Vesetas Street, just a few steps away from the main streets of Riga while still in the silent centre, 26VESETAS allows you to enjoy a real urban life. 26VESETAS Life

26VESETAS consists of two 10-storey residential buildings with 102 apartments. The main concept in the planning of both the common use premises and apartments is the combination of comfort and design. The unique interior design is created by Latvian interior designers, who present their vision of urban life, making these apartments special.

In order to be able to enjoy the vicinity early in the morning and late at night, all apartments have balconies, and the penthouse apartments also have spacious terraces. The territory is provided with all amenities and greenery. It is comfortable for car owners, cyclists and pedestrians.

The real sense of ‘neighbourhood’ is created by the 60 square metre common use space which is located on the ground floor and equipped with audio equipment and projector, as well as an outdoor terrace, perfect for friendly gatherings. It is also possible to book these premises for closed events.

Greened recreation areas and a children’s playground are located in the yard. A locked room for storing bikes and trolleys is also available. The courtyard is fenced so only residents can enter it. 26VESETAS offers an open car park with 30 spaces and 16 spaces in a closed underground car park.
